The hotel had really nice and clean rooms with the benefit of shutters to block early morning light but was noisy due to a wedding party. The service was very helpful, friendly, and patient. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and enjoying nearby markets. The dining experience was basic but lacked variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is superb, just a short walk into the old town, making it perfect for exploring Bergerac. The rooms were a bit small for our liking, but they were adequate. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The dining options were a bit limited but satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with great value for money.

Located excellently near the train station for trips out and just a pleasant walk away from the historic centre, it was a great choice for our 3-day stay in Bordeaux. The dining experience was good with options like fresh orange juice and self-boiling eggs, although slightly limited. Value for money overall.

The room, although a little dated, was clean and comfortable with the best bed we've slept in on our whole trip. However, facing onto an external fire escape and lacking proper window coverings was a downside. Remember to lock with an old-fashioned key.
